Stuart’s Philosophies

I think one of the biggest issues in working with students is history. I don’t mean the subject. I’m referring mainly to their history. Recently, many of the students I came across had approached me to find out about their careers. Many weren’t aware of where they had to go. And considering it’s not often they have a chance to meet people who have figured out where wanted to go, I think it’s a case of putting the cart before the horse. After all, if you know your “why”, it’s going to be easy to do what you need in order to reach your goals.
