Searching For Direction, Perspective, Some tongue-in-cheek humor and Purpose? Seek to engage your mind, develop yourself and become a master of your own being. Here are my reflections of life and living, self-coaching and personal introspection.
Well Stuart, What struck me the most listening to the call, was the analogy of credit card. I did write in a question… of how can a person living in this seemingly comfortable environment where everything falls on my lap without even asking for (Civil Service 2.2 months bonus - and I don’t even know how I contributed to the performance…) find the fire to live out the 100% Life.
I choked, when Chris said do you want to pay the price of success up front, in full, or let the pain of failure in life amass every month. And you mentioned a credit card…man…that hit home…because it compounds whatever you owe… Dad lived a life of security and accumulated diploma after diploma without ever considering getting a degree because he wants to know a bit of everything in his field than to be an expert in a niche. He incanted this litany everyday…My job is not secure my job is not secure… Perry, work in a stable job. He worked in PSA. It corporatised. He lost his job. Law of attraction.
Stuart, I understand now. I know my “why”. And not living it out is painful. Not ever living it out is going to be massive haemorrhaging pain. But the pain starts as a scratchy itch. It then compounds with every passing day, week, month, YEARS!!! I am committed to paying the price of success in full up front. Before the compounding begins. I just bought a flat. I know what compounding can do, trust me.
Stuart. You certainly are something. Continue to be the lighthouse anchored firmly. I am sure generations will appreciated the changes you had initiated. I own Christopher Ng’s book. You do good work.
I think John Di Lemme also put this very clearly (as did Chris) - you can have ANYTHING you dream, as long as you are willing to pay that price. It’s like rehab. Unfortunately we sometimes need to rehab ourselves from the WORLD in order to live extraordinary lives.
Remember the Matrix?
That blew my mind in the first episode. Unplugging is painful. Makes you weak. But you gain strength and capabilities after that that you would never have dreamed possible.
First of all, I would just like to tell you that I am truly appreciative of all that you are doing to positively impact the lives of others - thank you. The world would be a better place if there were more people such as yourself.
Anyhow, a friend of mine introduced me to your tele-seminars, and I tried to get onto the call with Chris Gloss, but apparently there were some technical issues and I was unable to access the line. So, my friend emailed me the mp3 download and I tell you, it changed my life! I was so inspired and moved by Chris’ message and the passion and sincerity with which he delivered it!!!! I have listened to many other speakers, but Mr. Gloss really stirred up something deep inside my spirit; he most certainly has a very special and unique gift. I think it’s such a shame that the technical issues with the phone lines, took place, because although we have the mp3, I wish I had the opportunity to hear him live. Anyhow, I hope that you will have Mr. Gloss back on an upcoming call, as I’m sure others were also as touched by him, as I, but even more so, there are countless more who need to hear his message.
Thank you and keep up the great work!

Remember what I said to you in POE. ;)
