Aromatherapy as Stress Relief?

I just saw this piece of advice:
Some herbal scents that are known forreducing stress and anxiety include Lavender, Lemon, Rose,Chamomile, Black Cohosh, Hops, Passionflower, and Valerian
It’s interesting when you look at things like scents - the power smell has over you. Perhaps it’s time for me to re-look into aroma oils and see what kind of effect if any… heheh.
