Coaching takes dedication. During our training, coaches are taken through additional training and grooming in order to create powerful changes. Obviously, they aren’t perfect - nobody is. Yet, most people can tell that coaches are not just about developing themselves. They are also about helping other people. The result is some of the people who have turned it into a passion. This is a segment of our training.
