It’s interesting that energy patterns around us have a distinct effect on our physiology. Most of us are not aware of EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) and even thought waves. However, the fact is you can modify the quality of things around you simply by changing your thought patterns.

I find that our own level of thought-toxcity is the thing that affects what we can and cannot do. After all, if you want to have a lot of propsperity in your life, you’d have to do the right thing in your mind.

I know it probably sounds like a load of mumbo-jumbo, so I’m gonna tell you a little more. Just recently, you know about the big hoo-hah in the World Cup when Zidane was sent off the field. I’m wondering - with mounting pressure, some stupid comment could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back!

How do you actually deal with a negative situation like that? I think it’s the internal configuration we have, how we perceive things. Our wiring has to be structured so that the negative energy is filtered by us, rather than it taking control over us.

Think about and focus your intention on something, anything. If it is a positive intention, you exude and generate energy patterns within your body that are more healing than a negative intention. If you ran a detoxification program for your brain to keep 7 days filled with nothing but praise, postiive intent and appreciation, you might end up being a completely different person. Every time you catch yourself thinking something negative, you start over again.

Because of a lot of stress in my life, I guess I’ve developed this tension in my neck that I’d like to relieve. Perhaps this experiment over the next seven days will help keep me on my toes and also relieve the physical tension that I’m experiencing.

Those of you who are planning to keep up with me on this can report your own sensations over the seven days. I don’t think it will be that easy, but 7 days of mental detox will be a nice stretch and personally beneficial. Let’s see what happens!
